Job Title: Space Data Management Executive
Job Type: Contract - 6 Months
Location: Central, Singapore

Role Purpose
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain accurate space inventory, occupancy, and allocation data. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely updates, data accuracy, and effective space utilization.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate space inventory and occupancy data across multiple sites.
• Update workspace and occupancy records arising from onboarding, offboarding, relocations, and organizational changes.
• Ensure approved space allocations and infrastructure updates are accurately reflected in the relevant management systems.
• Validate and reconcile space inventory, occupancy records, floor plans, and allocation data.
• Support space allocation requests and track approved changes.
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation for governance and audit purposes.
• Coordinate data updates with internal stakeholders, facilities teams, and project teams.
• Prepare reports on space utilization, occupancy, supply, and demand.

Requirements

• Degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in space planning, facilities management, workplace planning, or infrastructure management.
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS or other space management systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CAD, BIM, or space management software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of space utilization and workplace planning principles.
