• Provide training and guidance to team members.

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues that frontline employees escalate.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance data.
• Maintain records, inventory, or documentation as required.
• Assist with audits or compliance tasks.

Operational Efficiency
