Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise digital full-funnel diagnosis to identify business, brand and A&P effectiveness opportunities.
• Develop and optimize social, KOL and digital planning, intelligence, tracking tools and best practices across categories.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term data value acceleration strategies, roadmaps and use cases aligned with business needs.
• Identify external best practices and drive cross-category learning and capability building.
• Develop and evolve the Consumer Data strategy and application plan.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA is a plus. Management Trainee profile preferred.
• Experience in Digital/Social/Brand Marketing, Media, Research, Consulting or related agencies.
• Hands-on experience managing digital/social ore-commerce marketing, preferably within Beauty, FMCG or leading MNC brands in China.
• Strong digital and social expertise, with deep understanding of China’s digital/social commerce landscape.
• Strong business acumen, consumer insight, data analytics and full-funnel digital marketing expertise, particularly in social/“Interest” funnel.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across China and APAC matrix organizations.
• Ability to manage complexity, drive change, lead projects and build high-performing teams.
