Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Attend to customer enquiries received through authorised communication channels (e.g. calls, emails and webchats) and provide accurate information on products, services, loyalty programmes, promotions and related matters.
Assist customers with loyalty programme membership, rewards, points accumulation and redemption, account-related enquiries and basic troubleshooting of the loyalty mobile application.
Deliver quality customer service and resolve customer enquiries effectively in accordance with established service standards and procedures.
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate support team.
Maintain accurate and complete records of customer interactions and cases in the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Keep abreast of programme updates, promotions, products, services and operational procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
Identify recurring customer enquiries or service issues and highlight them to the relevant supervisor for further review.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O Level qualification or equivalent
Experience in customer service handling loyalty programmes is advantageous
Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
Able to fluently speak more than one language
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with others
Able to multitask
Other Information:
Targeted commencement date is 14 September 2026
Monthly salary range of $2,200 to $2,400
Official operating hours are from 9.30am to 10pm through Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays
Working hours of average 44-hours per week with shifts (Morning or Afternoon) arranged on a monthly roster basis (to be discussed further during the interview)
