Job Description

Role Summary:

The Program Manager will lead and manage manufacturing projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality requirements. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and managing relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Act as the primary contact for project-related communications.

Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory stakeholders.

Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Monitor project budgets and expenditures.

Ensure project deliverables meet required quality standards.

Prepare regular project status reports for the Sales Director and senior management.

Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Support business growth within the semiconductor, life-sciences, medical, and related manufacturing sectors.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Strong knowledge or network in the semiconductor, life-sciences, or medical sectors.

Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

Strong project planning, organizational, and time-management skills.

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Able to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 498828
