JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA

  • To manage, supervise and become the key contact person on behalf of the company for all the project licensing matters.
  • Liaise with authorities such as SEDA, ST, MIDA, CIDB, TNB etc. in assisting for project authorities’ application matters
  • To prepare documentations, liaise with both authorities & clients, and also submission of necessary applications to authorities
  • To assist in paperwork preparation for tender and other project related matters e.g. authority application
  • To provide assistance to the HOD/COO in day-to-day operation basis & any other tasks relevant to the job scope.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum internship duration of 4 months.
  • Good organisational and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
