WE ARE HIRING: ADMIN & LEASING EXECUTIVE
Hotel & Serviced Apartment Operations
JJH Group is looking for a motivated Admin & Leasing Executive to join our hotel and serviced-apartment operations team.
Candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply.
Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
️ Support the daily operations of our hotel and serviced apartments
️ Handle guest and tenant enquiries, bookings and property viewings
️ Prepare accommodation and lease agreements
️ Assist with rental negotiations, check-ins and check-outs
️ Maintain good relationships with guests, tenants and property owners
️ Coordinate maintenance work with contractors and service providers
️ Assist with marketing activities to improve room occupancy
️ Create and manage social-media content to promote our properties
️ Handle general administrative and operational duties
Requirements
Experience in hotel operations, serviced apartments, property management, leasing or real estate is preferred but not compulsory
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Familiar with social-media marketing and content creation
Customer-oriented with a positive, problem-solving attitude
Responsible, organised and willing to learn

Salary: $1,800–$3,000 per month, depending on experience
Working hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Position: Full-time
