Duties and Responsibilities:

To assist FPM in sourcing and executing materials and equipment purchases for Company and

project usage.

To assist FPM in selection, evaluation and registration of vendors (suppliers and

subcontractors).

To record the Company’s Approved Vendors List (AVL) for suppliers and subcontractors.

To record and process all materials requisitions for project or office use.

To obtain the quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to meet material requisition

requirements.

To issue Purchase Orders to suppliers and Letter of Award to subcontractors and obtain the

necessary approval in accordance with the approved limit table.

To assist FPM in monitoring, appraising and auditing vendors (suppliers and subcontractors).

To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the

Company’s quality management system.

To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by FPM or MD.
