• Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.
• Monitor project daily process and progress and report to Project Manager.
• Manage, schedule, keep track of site progress for manpower allocation.
• Attend site meetings, co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings, internal project meetings.
• Conduct project site inspection on a regular basis.
• Ensure all sub-contractors are safety inducted and issued with pass before commencement of work.
• Resolve site problems proactively in a timely manner.
• Follow up on all aspects of QA/QC matters.
• Co-ordinate daily activities of workers' duties and ensure that they are performed in a proper manner.
• Keep proper record and documentation.
• Able to work under fast paced / stress environment.
• Possess relevant safety certification in (BCSS), Manage Work-At-Height.

Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in metal works and facade works.

• Working Monday to Saturday

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
