What The Role Is

You will be part of a strategic team driving the transformation of Human Resource (HR) administration and manpower operations, playing a pivotal role in shaping long-term workforce planning initiatives within the HR domain to ensure the organisation remains future-ready.

What You Will Be Working On

• Drive transformation of HR administration and manpower operations
• Support capability development, workforce restructuring initiatives, and long-term strategic planning
• Conduct reviews of HR structures and processes
• Develop and prioritise annual and multi-year workplans
• Establish doctrine and training plans for HR administration and manpower operations
• Analyse data on HR workforce and service delivery to propose data-driven transformation plans
  
  Challenge(s)
• Translating strategic intent into executable plans amidst evolving operational demands to support capability development and transformation
• Navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and driving collaboration with external agencies to undertake review of policies, processes, as well as executors to implement measures to enhance HR administration
• Balancing innovation with practical solutioning mindset to cope with dynamic environment
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Education in any discipline
• Relevant experience in strategic HR, workforce planning, organisational development, or public sector transformation is preferred
• Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
• Ability to synthesise insights from diverse sources of information, identify and communicate findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders
• Keen interest in strategic HR and public sector transformation
• Logical thinking
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
