Role Summary
Seeking a dedicated Football Coach to lead Primary (P3-P6) and Secondary (Sec 1-5) CCA programs, focusing on technical skill development, tactical awareness, and character building in line with school values.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching: Deliver inclusive, safe training (fundamental to advanced skills) and track student progress.
- Character: Integrate MOE CCE outcomes, foster sportsmanship, and promote leadership on and off the pitch.
- Competitions: Lead team selections, manage match days (National School Games/friendlies), and ensure a reliable substitute coach when absent.
- Administration: Collaborate with teachers to submit CCA Development Plans and annual reports; manage training equipment.
Working Conditions
- 1–2 year renewable contract.
- Weekday morning or afternoon sessions, with extra hours for key events.
- Suspended during school/public holidays and exam stand-downs.
Requirements
- Proven youth/school football coaching experience.
- Familiarity with MOE CCA guidelines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid first-aid certification and FAS/AFC licenses highly preferred.
