Job Description
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff.
Plan and assign work schedules to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Inspect work areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and guidance where necessary.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and arrange for replenishment when required.
Report equipment faults and coordinate maintenance or repairs.
Respond promptly to customer requests, complaints, and special cleaning requirements.
Prepare work reports, attendance records, and other operational documentation.
Coordinate with management to improve cleaning operations and service quality.
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Our company is the Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) registered Empolyment Agency, we have fixed customers on a regular job orders including mechanical manufacturing, catering, hairdressing, transport services, marketing & sales etc. We will choose the most suitable candidates based on individual conditions, meanwhile to protect empolyers's right and provide better follow-up services.
