Urgent Hiring | Senior Telecom Technician – Offshore - Middle East

Location: Middle East

Industry: Oil & Gas

Experience: 5+ Years

Rotation: Offshore 28/28 ON/OFF

We are looking for an experienced Senior Telecom Technician (Offshore) to support and maintain critical IT/Telecom systems in an offshore Oil & Gas environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day Telecom/IT operational issues.
• Perform Telecom system operation, administration & maintenance.
• Support modifications, system reconfiguration and technical troubleshooting.
• Prepare/update logical block diagrams and redline drawings.
• Support offshore projects and small-scale Telecom initiatives.
• Coordinate with vendors, end users and internal Telecom teams.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, information security and technical standards.

Requirements:

• 12th + 2-Year Diploma in Information Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of Telecom experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of Telecom applications, tools and techniques.
• Experience in IT/Telecom support environments.
• Oil & Gas project experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of relevant IT/Telecom standards.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Offshore experience is highly preferred.
