Job Responsibilities
Manage the full spectrum of procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing.
Request and evaluate quotations, prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) for materials and consumables.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Monitor and update the Master Planner / Production Planning Control team on material availability and delivery status.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Liaise with internal departments on demand planning and inventory management.
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project cash flow and requirements.
Manage suppliers’ performance and negotiate pricing, contract terms, and product quality.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure specifications meet requirements and comply with client standards.
Support procurement planning to ensure product quality and prompt delivery timelines.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
