Job Summary:

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and warehouse personnel in a food and beverage manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate stock management, and compliance with company procedures and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and all stock movements in the ERP/WMS system.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor warehouse staff performance and productivity.
• Ensure materials are issued to Production accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QA/QC, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, GMP, HACCP, Halal, ISO, safety, and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain proper warehouse cleanliness, organization, and space utilization.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepare warehouse reports and monitor key operational KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness.
• Assist in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the F&B/manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, ERP/WMS, and warehouse procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Halal, and food safety requirements will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
