Responsibilities
We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – FieldRobo | Singapore
FieldRob
is growing, and we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help us expand our presence among Singapore SMEs.
FieldRob
is a cloud-based Field Service & Project Management platform built for businesses that have teams working in the field.
We help
usinesses manage things like:
Work orders & job scheduling
Technician/team management
Customer appointments
Quotes & invoices
Contracts & renewals
Timesheets & expenses
Field tracking & operations
Customer communication
And much more, all in one platform
We’re pa
ticularly focused on industries such as pest control, HVAC/air-conditioning, cleaning, landscaping, maintenance and other service-based SMEs.
What you’ll be doing
This isn
t just a lead-generation role.
You’ll b
responsible for growing FieldRobo’s customer base in Singapore, including:
• Identi
ying and approaching potential SME customers• Speakin
g directly with business owners and decision makers• Underst
anding their operational challenges• Conduct
ing FieldRobo product demonstrations• Managin
g the sales pipeline from first contact to closing• Followi
ng up with prospects and converting opportunities• Buildin
g long-term relationships with customers• Working
closely with our product and implementation teams• Sharing
market feedback to help us improve FieldRobo
Who we’re looking for
We’re lo
king for someone who is hungry to sell, comfortable speaking with business owners and understands how Singapore SMEs operate.
Experien
e selling SaaS, software, technology or business solutions is a plus.
Even bet
er if you already have a network in facilities management, cleaning, HVAC, pest control, maintenance or other field-service industries.
