Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, issue customer bills, and track incoming or outgoing payments.
• Bookkeeping & Record Keeping: Enter daily financial transactions, update general ledgers, and maintain digital or physical filing systems.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card logs, and vendor accounts to resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting & Audits: Compile data for month-end closes, budgeting, and financial audits.
• Payroll Support: Verify employee hours, track basic wage data, and process expense reports.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
