【Key Responsibilities / 核心职责】

• White Space Construction & Clean Protocols:
• Lead the construction of IT Server Halls, MMR (Meet-Me-Rooms), and UPS rooms, ensuring compliance with ISO 14644-1 Class 8 cleanliness standards prior to equipment installation.
• Supervise high-tolerance heavy-duty epoxy/PU floor finishing (achieving stringent FF/FL flatness and levelness) and heavy-duty raised access floor (RAF) installations designed to support 15–25 kN/m² dynamic server rack loads.
• Building Envelope, Waterproofing & Thermal Integrity:
• Enforce zero-leakage roofing systems (e.g., reinforced TPO/PVC membranes or double-layer standing seam metal roofing with robust secondary drainage).
• Ensure wall and ceiling envelope construction achieves required U-values (thermal insulation) and vapor barrier continuity to eliminate condensation and facilitate room integrity fan tests (Door Fan Test for gas suppression zones).
• Builder’s Work & MEP Interface Coordination (CBWD):
• Review and coordinate Combined Builder’s Work Drawings (CBWD) with M&E Coordinator and Structural teams; ensure all wall/floor penetrations, plinths, cable duct penetrations, and riser curbs are precisely positioned and firestopped.
• Supervise acoustic attenuation and vibration-dampening architectural details for heavy vibrating equipment areas (Chiller yards, Generator rooms, Transformer bays).
• Fire Compartmentation & Life Safety Compliance:
• Oversee the construction and certification of 2-to-4-hour fire-rated drywalls/masonry walls, blast-relief panels, and UL/FM-listed fire doors with automatic drop seals.
• Manage statutory architectural compliance and coordinate inspections with local authorities (e.g., Bomba, Local Councils/OSC) to secure the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

【Requirements & Qualifications / 任职资格】

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of architectural construction experience, with at least 3+ years in hyperscale Data Center or high-tech semiconductor cleanroom projects.
• Technical Mastery: In-depth understanding of Uptime Institute Tier requirements, ASHRAE TC 9.9 architectural envelopes, NFPA 75/76, and local uniform building by-laws (UBBL).
• Software: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Navisworks for clash resolution and spatial coordination.
• Certifications: Registered Graduate/Professional Architect (LAM / Board of Architects) or Project Management Professional (PMP) is an added advantage.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
