Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to create detailed drawings for residential and commercial interior projects, translating design concepts into accurate plans and coordinating with project teams to ensure quality and precision.
Responsibilities
Prepare 2D layout plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings to support interior design projects
Convert design concepts, sketches, and site measurements into precise technical drawings
Assist designers in developing space planning and design layouts for residential and commercial projects
Produce drawings for client presentations, quotations, and project coordination purposes
Revise drawings promptly based on design updates, client feedback, or site conditions
Coordinate effectively with designers, project managers, suppliers, and site teams to ensure project alignment
Verify accuracy of drawings by checking measurements, layouts, and details before submission
Conduct site measurements when required to capture accurate spatial data
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and drawing preparation
Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D Max, or other rendering software to enhance visual presentations
Experience working on residential or commercial interior design projects
Strong sense of space planning, design layout, and attention to interior details
Ability to work independently with responsibility and care
Effective communication and coordination skills within a team environment
