Clinic Executive / Assistant

Full-time & Part-time positions

We’re seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our clinic running smoothly and giving our patients genuinely good care.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting and registering patients, and making sure they have everything they need for their visit

• Handling phone calls and enquiries from patients, insurers and healthcare providers professionally and courteously

• Scheduling appointments and keeping the clinic’s calendar accurate and up to date

• Verifying patient details and insurance coverage to keep records accurate

• Supporting administrative work such as filing, data entry and processing insurance claims

• Collecting payments, documenting transactions and issuing receipts

• Assisting our doctors and nurses with patient care — preparing consultation rooms, carrying out basic tests (ECG, urine dipsticks, ARTs) and helping during examinations (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes)

• Helping keep the clinic clean, organised and well-stocked, and placing orders as needed

If you have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, real team spirit and a passion for looking after people, we’d love to hear from you. The ability to converse in English and a local language or dialect is a plus — many of our patients feel most at ease in their mother tongue.
