Our client specialize in data center infrastructure, providing prefabricated/modular data center solutions, key power and cooling products, and end-to-end project delivery services globally.

They are seeking a Site Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in ELV systems and data center/construction projects, who can manage site quality, inspections, testing & commissioning, QA/QC documentation, NCRs and corrective actions, while coordinating closely with M&E and other project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Review ELV system drawings, RFIs/VIRs, installation plans, and construction documentation.
• Monitor ELV installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, checklists, and inspection records.
• Coordinate ELV works with M&E, electrical, structural, and architectural teams to ensure proper system interfaces.
• Manage project documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, equipment submissions, and handover documents.
• Identify and follow up on NCRs, corrective actions, and quality issues until closure.
• Conduct site inspections, document reviews, and quality meetings, and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure ELV systems comply with contract requirements, design specifications, local regulations, and company standards.
• Support project handover, client/consultant inspections, document submission, defect closure, and O&M training.
