Key Job Responsibilities

A Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the organization remains financially healthy and compliant with regulations.

1. Financial Management

• Manage the company's overall financial activities.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Control payments, collections, and banking matters.
• Ensure the company's financial stability.

2. Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Produce Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
• Present financial performance reports to senior management.

3. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Develop annual budgets and financial plans.
• Monitor budget utilization and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial forecasts to support business decisions.

4. Compliance and Audit

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage corporate tax, SST/VAT, and statutory reporting requirements.

5. Cost Control and Analysis

• Analyze operational and production costs.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Support profitability and efficiency initiatives.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.
• Review accounting records and monthly closing activities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management to team members.

7. Strategic Business Support

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Support business expansion, investment, and growth initiatives.
• Assist in risk management and financial decision-making.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
