Essem Corporation Hiring! Full Time Technical Sales Engineer in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents in accordance with Company standards.
• Review technical and commercial specifications together with customer enquiries.
• Analyse quotations received from suppliers and principals.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), pricing and commercial submissions.
• Follow up with customers and review technical and commercial clarifications under the supervision of the Product Manager.
• Support the Procurement Department following order award.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and sub-contractors throughout project execution.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers where required.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and operating units.
• Contribute to the Company's Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Company HSE requirements and actively participate in HSE activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to technical and commercial activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve work processes, efficiency and service quality.
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments and duties as required.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Application Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in tender preparation, technical proposals and quotations will be an added advantage.
• Experience in preparing BOM/MTO, pricing and commercial submissions is preferred.
• Good understanding of technical specifications and engineering documents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
