The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's largest tech organizations
• We are looking for a Partner Program Manager (Gaming Industry/Product)
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• 8+ years of experience in business development, account management, or strategic partnerships within gaming or related industries
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, internally and externally
• Track record of defining, initiating, and driving business opportunities in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of the internet industry, especially Gaming vertical experience
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking clients in Greater China Region (GCR) market)

Job Description

• Think creatively with prominent companies in the gaming industry to build durable, long-term, and scaled partnerships by understanding their strategy and goals
• Represent company's gaming platform and provide thought leadership and perspectives in external meetings with partner executives
• Drive adoption and integration of new features from company's gaming platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, and finance
• Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships at scale
• Use analysis and gaming industry expertise to source and develop new partner opportunities
• Manage and consult existing partners on building up their success on company's gaming platform.
• Lead advertising-related projects and initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive advertiser and monetization outcomes across the region.
