1. To liaise with customers regarding their delivery orders.

2. To prepare Daily detailed Production Delivery Schedule.

3. To coordinate activities involving delivery request with planners and operations.

4. To manage indent orders and stock by providing customers forecast orders to planners.

5. To issue packing Instruction and delivery instructions.

6. To assist marketing executives to key in trades into SAP.

7. To prepare sales report at the end of trading day

8. To maintain and files daily sales records.

9. To ensure work executed is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations and maintain business integrity.

10. To execute any duties as instructed by the superior from time to time for the benefit of the company.

Others:

a) To comply with all policies, acts, regulations and procedures implemented by the company and enforced by the governing bodies and authorities.

b) To take part in the implementation of all management systems if required e.g. HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, RSPO etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
