Responsibilities
Position Summary
Provide L3 support for enterprise Windows infrastructure, VMware, Nutanix, Active Directory and Hybrid Identity services in a 24x7 managed services environment.
Support Coverage
24x7 operational support, shift rotation, on-call support, major incident management, SLA compliance and DR activities.
