Business Operations Analyst Job description: Job duties and responsibilities
Business Operations Analyst job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:
Develop business plans with the assigned accounts/Customers
Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans to grow business, lead a team,
Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the business growth for the Shop.
Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
Handle business deals operations and activities
Oversee the implementation of different contracts
Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key Customers and prospective clients
Achieve given KPIs and increase sales, with good knowledge in computer and AI processing
willing to work on weekends and PH (off-in lieu will be provided)
