Location: Alor Setar, Kedah

Job Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and prepare invoices using the company system.
• Prepare picking lists for the warehouse.
• Update and maintain records accurately.
• Assist in checking stock balances and preparing credit notes.
• Handle filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• No related working experience is required, as long as you're willing to learn!
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel).
• Knowledge of SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
