Responsibilities

Our networking I.T professionals are working in a wide range of sectors in different multinational corporation in Hong Kong, such as: Finance & Banking, Food & Beverage, FMCG, Garment, Retail, Telecommunication, Logistic Industries and Government Departments.
Responsibilities:
Provide helpdesk and technical support for end-user via phone call or by email.
Managing ticket system and provide resolution to the corresponding ticket.
Troubleshooting and resolve hardware and software issues
Carry out hardware and software installation and maintenance.
Configure, implement and support IT related projects.
Assist to prepare meeting room equipment support and setup standby for event.
Implement ad- hoc IT related work.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Computer studies / Information technology or related discipline
2 years or above relevant IT experience
Experience in Office 365 and Windows 10 /11
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
