Job Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Purchasing Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on preparing and placing orders with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) based on outlet requests.

- Submit orders to suppliers according to schedule.

- Follow up with suppliers on delivery status.

- Maintain accurate purchasing records.

- Perform light delivery to outlets

Requirements

- Minimum SPM

- Valid driving license.

- Basic computer skills (Excel, email).

- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

- No prior experience required — training will be provided.
