The Role Here's what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:

• Converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders, including quality reviews and document checks
• Creating scheduling agreements and maintaining purchase order data across SAP and/or Coupa
• Resolving incoming queries within agreed service levels via a ticketing system
• Tracking order confirmations and deliveries, and escalating issues where required
• Processing invoice workflow exceptions, including price blocks and billing discrepancies
• Collaborating closely with internal teams, vendors, and business partners on procurement matters
• Keeping material master data up to date and managing PO closure processes

What We're Looking For If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you:

• At least one year of procurement experience - fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Fluency in both English and Korean, written and spoken
• Exposure to SAP MM and/or Coupa is a bonus
• Competency across Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• A collaborative mindset and confident communication skills
