About the role

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the HK&TW Solution Leader, the Senior /Solution Engineer is a key pre-sales technical role for Geek+’s intelligent logistics robotics business. You will deliver end-to-end customized solution design and technical support, matching our robotics technologies to enterprise customers’ business scenarios and driving high-value project delivery.

You will communicate closely with customers to analyze their business pain points and technical requirements, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams throughout the sales cycle. You will provide professional technical guidance and tailor feasible, competitive logistics solutions to meet customer needs.

You will conduct technical presentations and product demos, simplifying complex technical concepts for all stakeholders. You will leverage strong analytical capabilities to manage multi-task priorities, optimize solution competitiveness, and support project win and long-term customer cooperation.

This role is suitable for proactive and challenge-oriented technical talents. You will apply your supply chain and logistics expertise to empower customers’ intelligent transformation, and support Geek+’s business growth in Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.

What you have to do

·       Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs. Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutions

·       Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations. Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution design

·       Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points. Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challenges

·       Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you need to have

·         Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field

·         2 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

·         Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

·         Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous

·         Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
