Salary: S$6,000 to S$7,000 per month
Responsibilities
- Compile and upkeep accounting records, payment files and supporting finance documentation.
- Execute supplier invoices, staff claims and approved disbursements within established approval limits.
- Administer accounts payable and accounts receivable activities end to end.
- Perform bank, payment and balance-sheet reconciliations, and contribute to monthly closing and management reporting.
- Feed payroll inputs, employee claims and expense data into the finance cycle, and monitor outstanding invoices and follow-ups.
- Compile audit, tax and statutory documentation, and work alongside external accountants, auditors and tax agents.
- Run daily office operations, covering facilities, supplies, equipment, access administration and vendor relationships.
- Book flights, accommodation, ground transport, visas and itineraries for senior management, keeping costs within policy.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops and internal events, including scheduling, materials, venue bookings and courier arrangements.
- Upkeep filing systems, vendor contact lists and onboarding logistics for new joiners, and pinpoint ways to improve administrative efficiency and reduce cost.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Office Administration or a related discipline, with bookkeeping or accounting certification viewed favourably.
- At least 3 to 5 years in finance, accounting, administration or a combined finance and office-support capacity.
- Working knowledge of core finance processes, strong Excel or Google Sheets capability, familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and hands-on use of Xero, QuickBooks or equivalent platforms alongside online travel and expense tools.
- Background covering accounts payable, reconciliations, finance documentation, office administration, vendor coordination and business travel arrangements, preferably across several entities or in a fast-moving environment.
- Well organised, accurate and discreet, able to juggle finance, office and executive-support duties concurrently, communicate clearly and work with limited supervision.
