Job Summary
This position reports to the Finance Manager and General Manager. We are looking for a person to manage the overall financial documentation and accounting functions for the Singapore office.
Responsibilities
Process and manage invoices, receipts, and financial documents accurately to maintain precise financial records
Manage accounts payable and receivable by processing payments and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate balances
Process payments including monthly payroll to ensure timely and accurate disbursements
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to enable easy retrieval and ensure compliance
Prepare financial reports and statements under Finance Manager guidance to support financial and sales analysis
Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a professional work environment to support smooth office operations
Required competencies and certifications
Background in accounting
Fresh graduates are welcome
