Key Responsibilities

• Consult & Advise – Offer expert guidance on space planning, materials, and design concepts to create solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Drive Sales Performance – Close deals effectively, meet and exceed sales targets, and enjoy a rewarding commission structure.

• Lead Generation & Networking – Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and various outreach strategies.

• Sales Documentation & Coordination – Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and handle necessary documentation to ensure a seamless transaction.

• Project Management – Oversee design and renovation progress, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.

• Collaboration & Customer Experience – Work closely with the installation team and other departments to ensure smooth project execution, reinforcing a positive brand reputation.

• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in Kitchen Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome—training will be provided.

• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English is required.

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.

• Flexible work schedule to accommodate client meetings and project demands.
