Responsibilities :

• Prepare, update, and maintain M&E drawings, shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Produce detailed drawings for: Electrical systems, Cold water supply systems, Sanitary and drainage piping systems, Fire protection systems.
• Revise drawings based on engineer, consultant, client, or site feedback.
• ⁠Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and company drafting practices.
• Maintain proper drawing revisions, documentation, and filing records.
• Support engineers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend coordination meetings and review M&E drawings with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines to minimize design conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an M&E Draftsman.
• Proficient in AutoCAD. Knowledge of Autodesk Revit (MEP) and BIM modelling will be an added advantage.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience in BIM coordination and Revit MEP modelling will be advantages.
• Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-development projects is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
