Job Description
Provide necessary legal advisory to Simba’s business and operational functions.
Contract review, drafting and negotiation for a variety of commercial and corporate transactions, including contracts and documentation for commercial, telecommunications, technology, media, sales and procurement contracts.
Work collaboratively with various SIMBA stakeholders to ensure compliance of internal policies, corporate governance and legal and regulatory requirements.
Taking ownership of legal and compliance functions in a very fast-paced business.
Requirements
Qualified in Singapore
This role is gauged at 2 to 4 years of PQE, but senior professionals are welcome to apply. Junior professionals can consider the other posting.
Experience in any or a combination of the following areas of law: Corporate / Commercial / Telecommunications / Technology / Dispute Resolution
Prior in-house experience in TMT will be an advantage
Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills
Strong interest in commercial transactions
Analytical, strategic thinker, pragmatic and solution oriented, with good business acumen
Reliable, self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently
Responsive, articulate and with strong interpersonal and communication skills
