A Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves coordinating inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring health and safety compliance, and working closely with logistics and supply chain teams to maintain an optimal flow of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including FIFO, expiry dates, and batch tracking
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food products in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
• Monitor warehouse productivity, workflow, and space utilization
• Utilize warehouse ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Identify process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce losses
• Report operational issues, damages, or shortages to management promptly
• Assist in training, supervising, and supporting warehouse staff
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and investigate inventory discrepancies

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP/WPS software
• Good communication and leadership abilities
• Forklift certification is an advantage (optional but preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
