IHP is offering a Graduate Trainee Programme to final year students who are required to undergo an internship as part of their academic curriculum.

This programme provides an opportunity for students to gain practical experience and develop professional skills in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and email enquiries from healthcare providers providing timely and professional assistance.

• Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with account providers and relevant stakeholders within assigned portfolios.

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding matters, and investigate any deviations or discrepancies.

• Support the monitoring and reporting of service progress, variations, and reconciliation activities to ensure timely completion.

• Assist in ensuring service standards are met and support the resolution of escalations within agreed timelines.

• Conduct data analysis and assist in data structuring efforts to support operational and business decision-making.

• Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure issues and dependencies are resolved efficiently, minimizing disruption to business operations.

• Perform any other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate currently be pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Communications, or related disciplines.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months.
