- Assist Facilities Manager in planning, controlling of building preventive and corrective maintenance works
- Supervise all maintenance works and variation jobs carried on site
- Feedback daily status of all works to Facilities Manager
- To lead a team of technicians to carry out building preventive maintenance works
- To submit monthly report to Facilities Manager in the preventive and corrective works carried out throughout the month
- Planning of duty roster for the shift technicians
- Liaising with contractors for variation works on work delivery schedule and quality
- Prepare work proposals and costing and tracking of work until completion of service
- To assist in putting up claims according to contract schedule of rates
- Ensure site safety measures are well implemented
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Facilities Management
- Good knowledge in HVAC installation and building management system
- Self-motivated & able to work independently & a team player
- Excellent collaboration, influencing & communication skill
