About the role

Manage project through designated project management software and communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems, and manage the delivery of the project accordingly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project through designated project management software
• Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Source and request for quotations from suppliers to ensure price competitiveness
• Submission of weekly and monthly reports
• Manage customer's expectations on the projects
• Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel
• Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback
• Utilize industry best practice, techniques, and standards throughout the project execution
• Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards

Requirements

• Possess at least a diploma or equivalent (Preferred majors in Civil Engineer, M&E Engineering, Built Environment)
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
• Proficient in English; in both written and spoken forms
• Technical knowledge in the telecommunication industry is an added advantage
