Safetyware Group Hiring! Full Time Outdoor Sales Executive (Selangor) in Selangor - Ricebowl

About the role

We're hiring a Outdoor Sales Executive to grow our OSH (occupational safety and health) product and services business across Selangor & KL. You'll manage client visits, quotations, and account relationships end-to-end, reporting to the Selangor sales office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and visit prospective clients (factories, construction sites, industrial operators)
• Present and quote OSH products/services (PPE, safety training, compliance solutions)
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, closing, after-sales follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of visits, pipeline, and client accounts in CRM/reporting system
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, finance) to fulfill orders

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience (industrial, B2B, or OSH sector preferred but not required)
• Own transport and willingness to travel extensively within Johor
• Valid driving license
• Able to converse in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin required to serve existing Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Comfortable with direct client-facing sales and cold outreach
• Basic proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working outdoors with clear performance targets and timelines
