Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibilities on production planning as prepared by the superior.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to complete their daily tasks.
- Prepares reports about production progress
- Monitor, review, report and improve daily shift performance
- To overviews the shift operation and discipline of production floor
- To solve technical problem and emergency cases
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to work shift duties
- Experience in supervisory is preferred
- Required Skill(s): Communication, Leadership, Independent, Supervision, Problem Solvin
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
