Eco Retail Mart Hiring! Full Time AREA MANAGER in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
• Monitor store sales, staffing levels, merchandising, and customer service quality
• Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective actions
• Track and report outlet performance with improvement recommendations
• Consolidate and verify staff attendance, overtime, and leave records
• Coordinate payroll submissions and resolve discrepancies with HR/Finance
• Manage and supervise store supervisors and retail staff across outlets
• Monitor staff discipline, punctuality, and productivity
• Conduct coaching, briefings, and performance evaluations
• Foster a motivated, customer-focused retail team culture
• Handle escalated customer complaints and service issues
• Document operational challenges and support resolution plans
• Collaborate with store managers to improve store performance and service standards.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
