Job Summary
You will lead design, execution, and management of architectural projects while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of architectural projects to meet client requirements and quality standards
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project goals
- Coordinate and manage internal and external teams to optimize project workflow and performance
- Utilize ARCHICAD software to develop architectural designs and technical drawings
- Apply Photoshop skills to enhance visual presentations and project documentation
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of local architectural project experience
- Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
- Proficiency in ARCHICAD and Photoshop software
