Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations and online stores

• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions

• Handle Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other online platforms

• Plan and execute online marketing and social media campaigns

• Monitor sales performance and improve online sales

• Handle customer enquiries, orders and after-sales support

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics and retail teams

• Develop and execute e-commerce sales strategies

• Perform other related ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Experience in E-Commerce, Online Sales or Digital Marketing

• Familiar with major e-commerce and social media platforms

• Good communication and sales skills

• Able to work independently and manage online operations
