SSFW Hiring! Full Time Jewellery - Client Experience Advisor in Central Region (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 4,500 - Ricebowl

We are looking for warm, confident and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Jewellery & Client Experience Advisor.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, passionate about jewellery (gemstones and jadeite), creating memorable customer experiences and growing alongside an independent Singapore brand.

Commencement Date: Late October 2026

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Engage customers in a warm and genuine manner
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable jewellery pieces
• Share product knowledge and brand stories confidently
• Deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and online
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
• Assist with customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media and email
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock replenishment and daily store upkeep
• Support store events, launches and promotional activities
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver a consistent brand experience

Who We’re Looking For

Retail, hospitality, luxury, beauty or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month
