Are you passionate about beauty and healthcare? We’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Medical Assistant/ Aesthetic Nurse.

Your role

• Perform aesthetic treatments while delivering a warm, professional, and exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct skin, body, and hair analysis to understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and medical supplies to ensure doctors can perform procedures safely and efficiently.
• Assist with and administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as prescribed by the doctor.
• Maintain excellent standards of infection control, sterilization, cleanliness, and clinic hygiene.
• Monitor and manage medical supplies, equipment, and medication inventory.
• Record clients’ physical assessments accurately upon registration.
• Provide professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages based on clients’ needs.
• Follow clinic SOPs, Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, and strict patient confidentiality requirements.

Who we are looking for?

• Candidates with Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant.
• Has at least 2 years of work experience in medical aesthetic field. Fresh graduates with interest in medical aesthetics are encourage to apply.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build genuine and lasting client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene, safety, and professional standards.
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding of aesthetic procedures and treatments.
• Able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Well-groomed, friendly, confident, and professional.
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment.
