IT Support

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software and IT-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve computer, network, printer and system problems
• Install, configure and maintain computers, software and IT equipment
• Manage user accounts, system access and basic IT security requirements
• Assist with Microsoft 365, email, Wi-Fi and other workplace applications
• Maintain IT equipment records and ensure systems are properly updated
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when technical issues require further assistance
• Provide timely support and ensure smooth daily IT operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and common IT systems
• Good communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
