Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve toast, hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Refill beverage ingredients and toppings as required.
- Keep the drink preparation area clean and organised at all times.
- Wash and sanitise utensils, cups, and equipment after use.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of replenishment needs.
- Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines (SFA standards). Have certificate Hygience Food level 1.
- Properly store and label ingredients to ensure freshness.
- Manage at POS cashier to ensure all department smooth.
- Prior experience in F&B or beverage preparation is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm from Mon-Fri, Sunday.
